Woche Zwei

 
Nach dem Hochladen des Trainingslogs war ich jetzt etwas erstaunt, als ich gesehen habe, dass ich bereits nach gut zweieinhalb Wochen knapp 100km gelaufen bin. Natürlich sieht das jetzt etwas blöd aus, als würde ich total am Rad drehen und schon bei Start überzocken. Nicht reinzählen dürfen eigentlich die ersten drei Einheiten mit knapp 30km, die ich vor dem Start des Trainingsplanes im August vorgeschoben, quasi erschummelt, habe. Ansonsten läuft die Geschichte recht gut, diese Woche bin ich schon vier mal losgestiefelt. Die Intervalle habe ich bis jetzt eher im moderaten Bereich veranstaltet, dafür habe ich mehr Wiederholungen, als laut Plan vorgesehen, gemacht. Irgendwie finde ich es blöd nur 10 bis 15 min Belastung in einem Lauftraining unter zu bringen. Im Winter ist das bestimmt etwas anders zu sehen, aber ich hatte mir ja vorgenommen "mindestens" die Vorgaben zu erfüllen, also kann ich auch mal mehr machen.
Grossen Gefallen habe ich an den Sonntagsläufen gefunden. Die Brückenrunde am Rhein ist sehr schön zu laufen. Allerdings ist sie, wie heute festgestellt, recht windanfällig. Gegenwind härtet ja bekanntlich ab.

The World Is Full Of Problems  This is good news. Actually it is great news. Problems are opportunities for growth - if you are able to find -and successfully apply- the solution to a problem that will help someone in any way, you will inevitably create value. If you can find a solution to a big problem (e.g. cure for cancer) you will create an immense value. If you can find a solution to a not so gargantuan, but widespread problem, you will have created tremendous value.
